We look after you from start (when you initially contact us) to finish (when we see you off at the airport). We strive to reply to your Email inquiry as quickly and informatively as possible and in most cases within minutes of us receiving it! Once in Ecuador, you will be looked after personally by us and our handpicked staff. Your safety and well-being is our main priority in addition to fulfilling our services with you. One of our policies is to make your tour as flexible as possible – in this way, you’re not subject to a strict and rigid schedule – you are after all, on holiday / vacation. We are available 24 hours a day to attend to any unforeseen situation you may need help with (i.e. help with lost luggage, emergency contact point for your family back at home etc). Our carefully compiled Galapagos information has been created to enable you to make a well-informed decision. Not only do we offer you more yachts than anyone else but we carefully monitor and rate each and every yacht on a continual basis – our rating system is based on past client comments, itinerary, guide, onboard amenities and service and the commitment by the owner/operator of the yacht to fulfil their contractual obligations. There are numerous yachts that we do not recommend (and do not sell) due to recent unjustifiable and unethical handling of client complaints by the yacht owner / operator – our aim is to ensure that your Galapagos cruise is a memorable and enjoyable experience. Some lower class yachts are also not recommended, primarily because of the low level of service, poor guides and sub-standard state of the yachts themselves.
